The Shores of Lake Malawi

I’ve a trip coming up, to Malawi in southeast Africa. The country is home to, among many other things, Lake Malawi, which runs most of the length of the country. The lake is over 9,000 square miles in size and is so large and tidal that it is characterized as an inland sea. Ninety-five percent of the 400 fish species it contains live nowhere else in the world. A quick look:
